Corporate Yacht Charter
The meeting ends and the celebration starts in the same place. Gather your team in the middle of the Bosphorus instead of a hotel ballroom: a party boat for up to 70 guests, presentation screen and sound system ready on deck, corporate invoicing and a signed contract.
How does corporate yacht charter work and how many guests fit?
Corporate events run on İkiyaka Yat 2: up to 70 guests for a cocktail format, fewer when everyone is seated. The boat is reserved for your company alone, chartered by the hour, and the programme is built together. A presentation screen, sound system and microphone are ready on deck. Food is prepared in the on board galley by a private chef. We issue corporate invoices, and payment and cancellation terms are written into the contract. For smaller teams we also run motor yachts for 12 to 24 guests.
Meeting and celebration on one deck
Your monthly sales meeting, dealer gathering or quarterly review happens on deck. The presentation screen goes up, the sound system and microphone are ready, and the saloon stays airy because its sides are open. When the programme ends the tables turn into a celebration setup and nobody moves to another venue. The difference from a hotel ballroom is simple: when you step outside you are still in the middle of the Bosphorus and the team stays together.
Year-end parties, launches and hosting guests
Year-end dinners, product launches, team days or hosting visitors from abroad. For launches your brand setup moves onto the deck, and we suggest the hours around sunset for press and content shoots. For international guests the route is planned to show both shores: waterfront mansions, the fortresses and passing under both bridges in a single cruise.
Chef's galley and catering
İkiyaka Yat 2 has a professional galley and a private chef, so food is cooked on board and served hot. In cocktail format canapes and hot bites circulate, and in a seated format the meal opens with starters and continues with a main course menu. We take vegetarian, gluten free and allergy notes in advance. Alcohol service is planned on request.
Invoicing, contract and the corporate process
We issue corporate invoices and work under a written contract. The quote is built on guest count, date, duration and catering format. We can send a proforma invoice for your procurement process. Payment, cancellation and weather related postponement clauses are stated clearly in the contract: in bad weather the cruise is not cancelled, it moves to a date agreed by both sides.
Boarding points and timing
Free boarding is at two points: Arnavutköy on the European shore and Kuleli on the Anatolian shore. We pick whichever is closer to your office so the team gathers in one place instead of scattering in traffic. Departure from another pier can be arranged for an extra fee. For corporate programmes we suggest at least three hours, which leaves a comfortable flow for the meeting, the meal and the celebration. Summer months and the year-end period fill quickly, so we recommend fixing the date early.

How large can a corporate event be?
Our largest boat, İkiyaka Yat 2, hosts up to 70 guests in a cocktail format. The number drops when everyone is seated for a meal, so we confirm the guest count and the layout together. For teams of 12 to 24 our other three boats are a better and more economical fit.
Can we run a presentation, is there a screen and sound?
Yes. A sound system and microphone are on every boat. The presentation screen is set up on İkiyaka Yat 2 and we need to know in advance. We suggest sending your deck to us beforehand so we can test it before you board.
Do you provide corporate invoicing and a contract?
Yes. We issue corporate invoices, we can send a proforma for your procurement process, and the work runs under a written contract. Payment, cancellation and postponement terms are stated in the contract.
What happens to the event in bad weather?
It is not cancelled, it is postponed. In poor conditions our captain may stop the cruise for safety reasons and we move to a new date agreed by both sides. This clause is written into the contract, and in rainy weather the enclosed part of the saloon can be used.
How far in advance should we book?
For the summer months and the year-end period we suggest fixing the date at least three to four weeks ahead. Outside those periods we can plan on shorter notice. Send us your date and guest count and we confirm availability the same day.
